Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you'd like to request deletion of any information associated with your use of the Aussie Rights Kit app, please contact us directly by email.
What we can delete
- Any account or profile data linked to your email address
- Emergency contact information stored on our servers
- Usage history or analytics tied to your identity
- Any other personally identifiable information we hold
Note: Data stored locally on your device (such as saved contacts in the Emergency Plan) can be deleted directly within the app settings at any time.
How to submit a request
Send an email to our admin team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include any details that help us identify your data (e.g. the email address used, approximate date of use).
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete.
